Resolve it across the table, before it becomes a longer case.

Many disputes end sooner when the parties talk with a neutral person and the documents in front of them. We help you prepare, negotiate and record the outcome. Mediation is voluntary and no result can be promised.

Questions

Is mediation binding?

Mediation is voluntary. If the parties agree, the terms are recorded in a settlement agreement, which can then be relied on as the parties intend. If they do not agree, other routes remain open.

Can mediation start after a case is filed?

In many matters, yes. Parties can still choose to talk while a case is pending. We tell you how it fits with your existing case.

Do you charge fixed fees?

Fees depend on the documents, the number of parties and the offices involved. You receive the scope and the fee in writing before work starts. Government fees, stamp duty and courier charges are paid at actuals.

How long will my work take?

It depends on the authority involved and on how complete your documents are. Registrations, certificates and tax applications move at the pace of the office concerned, so we give you realistic stages rather than a promised date, and keep you updated at each stage.
