Check the paper before you pay for the property, not after.
Property is usually the biggest purchase a family makes. A short, careful document check at the start is far easier than a dispute later.

Questions
What does a title check include?
We read the deeds and records you provide, check the EC and highlight gaps or risks. It is a document review, not a guarantee of title.
Can you help if the seller is abroad?
Yes, through a valid Power of Attorney or another arrangement that suits the case. See our NRI property pages for the full route.
Do you charge fixed fees?
Fees depend on the documents, the number of parties and the offices involved. You receive the scope and the fee in writing before work starts. Government fees, stamp duty and courier charges are paid at actuals.
How long will my work take?
It depends on the authority involved and on how complete your documents are. Registrations, certificates and tax applications move at the pace of the office concerned, so we give you realistic stages rather than a promised date, and keep you updated at each stage.
